Damaged and/or Defective Items:
We stand behind our products! If you receive an item that is defective, you MUST contact us with the specific issue within 24 Hours of receipt so we may exchange the item for its exact replacement. No Exceptions!
Items damaged in transit must be reported with 24 hours of receipt. Your assistance will be required during the claim process. No worn or used items can be exchanged.
Items damaged by your pet are non-returnable and will be considered a complete loss. We do not repair or replace items damaged by your pet. The merchandise sold on our online store are not guaranteed to withstand your pets behavior.
We offer FREE size exchanges on REGULAR priced merchandise. However, we do ask that you measure your pet accurately as possible as items are custom ordered or ask us if you are unsure of a size to avoid the need to exchange.

International orders, orders already exchanged once, and any other exchange other than size will be charged a minimum of $10 for shipping.
